At KAYCII KRUNXCH your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our cornstarch chunks, please review our return policy carefully.

🚫 All Sales Are Final

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any cornstarch products once they have been shipped.

• This is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of all food-related items.

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

While we don’t accept returns, we do offer refunds in certain situations:

• Your order arrives damaged or contaminated.

• You receive the wrong item.

• Your package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

📦 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply if you’d like us to resend your order.
